Sarah Louise Heath Palin (IPA: /peɪlɪn/) (born February 11, 1964) is the current Governor of Alaska, and the presumptive 2008 Republican nominee for Vice President of the United States.[1] She will be the second female Vice Presidential nominee representing one of the two major American political parties.[2]

What stands out most about the 2008 Mini Cooper Clubman is the added length, which allows for more rear seat leg room and a larger cargo area. Census: 45.7 million uninsured Americans in 2007
WASHINGTON--The number of Americans lacking health insurance dropped by more than one million to 45.7 million in 2007, the New York Times said the Census Bureau reported August 26.
This was a shift as that number had been climbing for the past six years. Health officials said the turn is the result of a growth government-sponsored health insurance programs and the decline in the use of private insurers.

Obama that were able to tell their story and why they felt that he should be the next president. The governor of Virginia Tim Kaine gave the Keynote address tonight.

Opposing Optimisim is Reality?
It was brought to my attention that some may argue; that the more optimistic one is the less in touch with reality he/she becomes. This may be a rather hard case to argue because it indeed is a matter of perception. Just as Optimism, Pessimism, and Realism are a matter of perception and relative to one's personal theories and outlook on life; But, I will attempt to argue the affirmative of this debate.
Reality is defined as the state or quality of being real. My thought is that what is in actuality "REAL" is the present or past. Therefore reality can only account for what is happening or what has already happened, not for what will happen even in the next moment.
Optimism is defined as a tendency to look on the more favorable side of events or conditions and to expect the most favorable outcome. There are two words in that define that stick out for me: to look on...and to expect. This indicates that hopefulness is for the future or what has yet to arrive. Synonyms for Optimism are confidence, hopefulness, and cheerfulness. To say that the more confident you are, the more hopeful you are,the more cheerful you are, the further away you are from reality... I would venture to say that thought equates to pessimism not realism.
We have all heard it said that you should not let your Right now circumstance dictate your future. Optimism is believing that you will come out on top no matter what you have to go through to get there. I believe that Optimism is the conorstone of your future. If in believing that we are the energy that we give off and that we bring to us that same energy then being optimistic only molds a bright future in the midst of what ever reality our present maybe. What are your thoughts???
We must save our economy, lower fuel costs, free ourselves from our addiction to oil, and solve the climate crisis. To do this, we must demand that we Repower America with 100% clean electricity within 10 years.

The Olympics have come to an end. It was truly a great journey to watch the world's best athletes compete for their country. United States received the most medals this year with a total of 110 with China fallen close behind with 100. China beat out the rest for the most Gold Medals with 51 while United States had only 36. The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 Review.
Me and Fellow Min We Paige went to view this film. I first must admit its your extreme chick flick, but ultimately a good good movie. I absolutely loved the movie and the stories following each of the girls life. There was also some extremely hot guys in this movie. I give it a A++ but it is definitely not a movie for everyone.
In "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2," based on Ann Brashares' best-selling series of novels, four young women continue the journey toward adulthood that began with "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants." Now three years later, these lifelong friends embark on separate paths for their first year of college and the summer beyond, but remain in touch by sharing their experiences with each other as they always have-with honesty and humor. Discovering their individual strengths, fears, talents and capacity for love through the choices they make, they come to value more than ever the bond they share and the immeasurable power of their friendship.

She then ask for volunteers, D and Stan and they had to discuss Women's Suffrage, which did not go well.

The group was invited to a art exhibited to discuss art, they were to break down into teams of 4. Team One= Cee, Shoota, T-Jones, and E6 Team Two=Creepa, Shaun, Stan,and D-Boy

Makes No Sense At All
It seems that some how we've managed to oversimplify ourselves as creatures, we tend to cast away, not necessarily the complexity of ourselves as individuals but we cant quite seem to grasp the complexity of another. It drives us to insanity trying to figure out how and why this person or that does or doesn't do this or that. I often find myself thinking: "Why on earth did they think that was a good idea? what were they thinking, I would have done this so differently, or that's just common sense, why would you do this to me!!!" almost blatantly disregarding how another in their own shoes have come to the certain action through their own level of understanding and translation. We all walk to the beat of a different drum but we all walk to the beat of some drum!
Let's see we got conga's, the frame drum, the tambourine,percussion, bongo, bass, snare, and I'm sure many more that i have forgotten. We are different in every way and we are brilliantly connected by our differences we are drawn to the vast extremes of our own personality constantly searching for balance, divinity, purpose...love. And to purposefully contradict myself I will venture to say that our simplicity is what indeed complicates us... We all want the same thing seeking for belonging, acceptance,success (what ever that means for you) and the ultimate which indeed is unconditional, undying love. How do we get to this with out reaching insanity how do we wait for something that seems so far out of reach? Faith indeed is the substance of a thing that is hoped for and the evidence of a thing not seen. How beautiful is that... To live in hope and expectation knowing that it already is through faith that it will be. sweet contradiction this thing called life, at surface one would say it makes no sense at all... but on the contrary it makes all the sense in the world. Give freely of yourself in love. To think outside yourself is the beginning of understanding.

Gingersnap-Pear Cheesecake
Real Simple
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups crushed gingersnaps (about 40 cookies)
2 small ripe pears (any kind), peeled, cored, and sliced 1/8 inch thick
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
16 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream, at room temperature
Heat oven to 350° F.
In a medium bowl, combine the butter and crushed gingersnaps. Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan, working the crumbs over the bottom and then up the sides. Bake for 20 minutes.
In a small bowl, toss the pears and ginger. Line the cooled crust with the pears, overlapping the slices slightly.
In a large bowl, with an electric mixer on medium, beat the cream cheese for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of the sugar and beat for 2 minutes. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, and mix until combined. Stir in 2 teaspoons of the vanilla. Pour the mixture over the pears. Bake until the top is barely set but still slightly wobbly, about 50 minutes. Transfer pan to a wire rack but leave oven on.
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and the remaining sugar and vanilla. Pour over the cheesecake and bake for 8 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
In Advance: Make the cheesecake and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Slice it just before serving, running the knife under warm water after each cut.
Yield: Makes 8 to 12 servings

Im talking about Lisa Bonet. After a convo on twitter about Lisa Bonet, I just couldn't go anymore without doing a little something on this women. 1. She was Denise Huxtable on the Cosby and A Different World! I mean you can't go wrong with that, she was a Huxtable, she dressed all cool and different. She is what made girls wearing boy clothing hot! She went to Hillman(okay maybe just on the show but it was so believable)

G's To Gents Episode 5 Review

E6 is still annoying, calling Kesan "Real Boy" all day, in reference to Pinocchio.
Mr. Bentley took them to a Gentleman's Club, where he was trying to see if they would resist temptations. But eventually a Dating Coach, by the name Candance Mckensie came out to talk to the guys about chivalry and communicating with women.
Creepa says chivalry is like Captain Hook..Priceless.
Tee was the only one who knew what it meant.
Kesan gave the teacher one rose, when dating coach talked about giving ladies flowers., of course E6 was hating.
They then had a role play exercise. Shaun volunteered first, it was based on personal space and convo with the ladies. Tee had trouble talking (poor guy). Stan went next, but he got on stage and started stripping. The teacher recognized he had a problem objectifying his self and women and that he needed to work on it.
That night they was to host a party for fans of Danity Kane. This was basically to test their chivalry skills. They had to set-up the party. Shaun just basically started walking around not doing much, but bossing everyone of course. And in true E6 fashion, he was the one to bring it up.
T looks all nervous trying to talk to the ladies in the beginning. Kesan is winning he talks to the older lady and being very chivalrous to her. Stan actually trying and being nice to a lady. Shaun was talking the women heads off. Creepa all over a chick, he just was horny lol. Stan was trying to be good, but the women kept calling for him and he let a chick do a body shot on him. Creepa was showing his muscles for a chick. T-Jones singing to women , he sung the National Anthem. Then Danity Kane came in. Cee got all the girls to sign a autograph for their fans (good move)

Later on.... Kesan was on the phone forever, Creepa asked politely for the phone,but Kesan was rude and all like naw Im on the phone with wifey, So Creepa went and chilled. Kesan then claimed he heard Creepa talking stuff, and yelled out to Creepa FU and some other stuff. Then at first they was play fighting, but then Kesan got serious. He basically got mad because Creepa hung up in his girl face and he looked like a punk. Then Kesan just started trippin hard and talking about everybody a target. He wasn't sleeping, carrying knives everything. Now everyone paranoid.
All the guys wanted to talk to Bentley about getting Kesan out the house, basically letting it be known he was threatening everyone, which Kesan confirmed. Then they talked as a group and no one was feeling him. So Bentley asked Kesan to leave because he couldn't trust him not to do anything. So No Chapter Meeting tonight. Plus KESAN walked out the door still talking noise.

NEW YORK, 6 August 2008 -- As the eyes of the world turn towards China for the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic Games, UNICEF is taking the opportunity to focus attention on one of the country's most marginalized groups -- children affected by AIDS.
On 9 August more than 80 children affected by AIDS will be greeted by Olympic athletes and high-level government officials in the Great Hall of the People. The children are from seven provinces and have either lost parents to AIDS, or live with parents who are infected.
