The President took time today to meet with Republican conference to draw some support for his economic stimulus plan.

Sad but true, more than 10,000 jobs lost today. Just yesterday it was over 30k. Sad times we are in right now.

Author John Updike died today. Four books by Mr. Updike were"Rabbit, Run" (1960), "Couples" (1968), "The Witches of Eastwick" (1984) and "Terrorist" (2006).
