- Relationship Builder: A leader should be someone who is able to build personal and professional relationships. He/She knows how to network and make their network grow and work for them.
- Trust. Leaders should be trust worthy. Their employees, members, and etc should be able to trust their judgment in making decisions. This person has a built-in great line of examples from daily life that exemplifies their behavior as a trustworthy individual. In addition, a leader has to be a trusting person. He has to be able to believe in the individuals on his team. He/she must believe they have built a team that will help carry out the mission under many different circumstances.
- Respect. A true leader earns respect by giving respect to all those around them. They are respectful to everyones opinions and beliefs and leads based on understanding of others.
- Appreciation.
- Risk Taker. A leader is someone not afraid to take necessary risk to help grow their projects and work. They are able to make decisions that others aren't willing to make .
