Caballo Blanco

1 1/2  oz. Dos Maderas

1 1/2 oz. Cointreau

1 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon juice

Shake and strain into sugar rimmed martini glass.

Singapore Sling

1 part Cherry Heering Liqueur

2 parts Gin

8 parts pineapple juice

1 part lime juice

1/2 Cointreau

1/2 part Grenadine

A dash of Angostura bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a sling glass. Garnish with fresh pineapple and a fresh cherry.
Note: The gin I prefer is New Amsterdam Gin.
