Layer It Up!


I don't know why but I have a sick obsession with layers, so it was only right I put the layers on in this look. Ever since I bought the laced draped cardigan, I've had a thing for the long draped vest. I put a cute printed cardigan on top because I don't think fall is complete without cardigans. I paired it with a simple tank top and a cute draped layer skirt. I love these boots by Acne they rock with so many looks!

I truly like these pieces by Diane von Furstenberg. These items together make up a classy outfit. I love the jacket and pencil skirt with the Grace pumps, it's classy yet still sexy. I love the gloves, I'm just waiting for a reason to wear some! I couldn't leave this outfit alone without a bag. This green bag is perfect and makes a statement with this outfit.

Hello Floral and Lace


So I'm trying to get better at showcasing some of my clothes so here you go! The main attraction of this outfit is the Laced Draped Cardigan, that I recently did a post on for you guys. I love it! The lace and the length are perfect for me. I decided to abandon my poofy for you... at least for one day for a floral printed straight skirt. I had this skirt forever and never wore it. I went with a plain white shirt and a black belt. I paired this with a heart necklace and silver cuff bracelet. I couldn't leave out a huge purse, because thats just me.

For The Love of the Poof


I love the poofy so naturally I was drawn to this wonderful dress. The pattern is awesome and sexy . I decided to pair the dress with some cute offbeat lyrca tights. I didn't want to do your normal shoe with this outfit so I went with a multi color boot to bring out the outfit a little more. I added a little bling to the outfit with a skull ring that will definitely grab the attention. Also some cute round earrings and a teal necklace was added to bring everything out a little more. Since I'm always looking for a reason to wear gloves, I added the spicy red gloves to class and funk it up all at the same time. Being the bag addict that I am, I wanted color and big. Hope you enjoy the out

I wanted to share a Louisiana Fashion Designer with everyone. Isabel Varela is a phenomenal young designer doing great things with her creations called Izavel! She is wonderful with shapes and details and takes a modern spin on wearable clothing with her asymmetry. Check out some pictures from her 2010 Fall line, which she was inspired by art deco architecture.
