I was having another experimental moment and did a stuffed chicken. I first prepared dressing separately as I baked the chicken. Half way through baking the chicken, I made a pouch on each chicken and inserted dressing. The leftover dressing I placed around the chicken, then begin to bake the chicken and dressing. It really was simple. I'm sure you are saying, Shercole you don't have many directions lol.

Cheesy Baked Chicken
So I love grilled chicken, but sometimes get very bored with it. So one day I played around a little and created something new for me. I chopped up 1/2 onion and 1/2 bell pepper and sauteed it in a pot. I baked the chicken and half way through I added the bell pepper and onion on top of the chicken with shredded cheddar cheese and continued to bake. I did a yellow rice and created something tasty for me!
Baked Mac N' Cheese
So I was having a Mac N' Cheese moment and decided to bake some. I basically took a egg, milk and shredded cheddar cheese and mixed it in a bowl. I then poured the liquid over pre-boiled spaghetti and mixed it up. I then put some shredded cheese over the top and then baked. Simple.
