On the first night alone I have been inspired to go out and make more of a difference in my community and eventually in my world.

This session of the convention focused more on the common man so to speak. There were numerous 'average hard working' supporters of Sen. Obama that were able to tell their story and why they felt that he should be the next president. The governor of Virginia Tim Kaine gave the Keynote address tonight.

There have been more speeches from congressman and senators that support Sen. Obama. From former Sec. Of State Madeline Albright to Majority Whip Sen. James Clyburn (repping for the palmetto state!).
