Sherry with Ice Cream

It's definitely hot in New Orleans! I was extremely thrilled when I can across a few recipes for  Sherry with ice cream!  Had to share....

Vanilla Ice Cream with Pedro Ximenez Sherry

2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Top with Pedro Ximenez Sherry

Sprinkle dried cherries or raisins.

Toffee ice cream with Oloroso Sherry ( My Pick)

2 Scoops of toffee ice cream

Top with Oloroso Sherry, to taste

Sprinkle with broken toffee or caramel
